When I was in elementary school, exactly when I was 5th class of Gribig IV Elementary School in Kudus, I had a study tour visiting Borobudur Temple. That was my first time to see the amazing places with the amazing building too. It was make me amazed, the building was high and big at that moment. It was in 1991. In 2002 was my second time I have visit Borobudur Temple, in Indonesian it called Candi Borobudur.
Borobudur is a ninth-century Mahayana Buddhist monument in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. The monument comprises six square platforms topped by three circular platforms, and is decorated with 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues.
[1] A main dome, located at the center of the top platform, is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues seated inside perforated stupa. The monument is both a shrine to the Lord Buddha and a place for Buddhist pilgrimage. The journey for pilgrims begins at the base of the monument and follows a path circumambulating the monument while ascending to the top through the three levels of Buddhist cosmology, namely Kāmadhātu (the world of desire), Rupadhatu (the world of forms) and Arupadhatu (the world of formlessness). During the journey the monument guides the pilgrims through a system of stairways and corridors with 1,460 narrative relief panels on the wall and the balustrades. Evidence suggests Borobudur was abandoned following the fourteenth century decline of Buddhist and Hindu kingdoms in Java, and the Javanese conversion to Islam.
[2] Worldwide knowledge of its existence was sparked in 1814 by Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles, the then British ruler of Java, who was advised of its location by native Indonesians. Borobudur has since been preserved through several restorations. The largest restoration project was undertaken between 1975 and 1982 by the Indonesian government and UNESCO, following which the monument was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
[3] Borobudur is still used for pilgrimage; once a year Buddhists in Indonesia celebrate Vesak at the monument, and Borobudur is Indonesia's single most visited tourist attraction.
Today I have a trip plan to Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. To my wife parent's house. In my country it's usually called "MUDIK". At 07.30, Taxi that I have call pick me up my house and bring me to the bus agent at Dr. Cipto street. The ticket I have got is 09.30. It's mean I have an hour for waiting the bus. But, it's no matter couse I was feel hungry. So with my wife I have looking up a place to eat and finding "soto". 09.30 the bus was arrived. In my mind at least 3 hours in the bus from Semarang to Jogja. But,....
at 12.30 I looking outside the bus window,... Oh no... it still at Magelang!!! it just a half way to Jogja. Very crowded outside, the traffic was jammed. Finally the driver want to turn the bus trough the alternative way. From Bondo to the Borobudur temple. But when the bus was a kilometer from borobudur temple, the bus jus stay, can't move any where. It, more jammed from the magelang street. The driver was give up. Just follow the jammed street, can not turn around. Around... around... and ... around. Just like travelling. It's remebering me when i was in elementary school, have study tour to Borobudur Temple. But, it is different, The bus trough the unusually way, trough many villages in magelang that I have been seen before. It's beautiful places. I think it's almost like some villages in BALI. The different is Bali has a lot of Pura, in Magelang we can find alot of Temple. bali with the Pura and Magelang with the Buddhist temple like Mendut Temple, and Borobudur Temple. I enjoying the jammed and the crowded. Finally at 14.00 we out of the jammed and finding Bondo again. Ha..ha...ha...... It's from Bondo to Bondo. At 15.30 we arrive at Jogja. An hour later i have find the answer why the traffic was jammed. It's Waisak day. And The President of Indonesia arriving at Borobudur. Uff.....
Unreal Menwa or "Menwa Gadungan". This picture below was my college memories picture and titled "Menwa Gadungan". Menwa is Resimen Mahasiswa, a unit of university student that have military training and use uniform just like military. They have a mind job to secure all of faculty or university activity. Gadungan is not real, so "menwa gadungan" is unreal menwa. Look at the picture below.

In front of me is my room mate TUBAGUS ANWAR with his "sangar" RX KING motor bike that he use everyday go to the campus. Click the picture to see the original size. OK my friend, wait for the next post. The title of it is "Menwa Gadungan".
It was 1998, more than 10 years ago, when my first time I had in Bali. Tanah Lot is my first place i had visited at there. It was in the morning before check in at the hotel. Tanah Lot tourist attraction is located in sub-province of Tabanan, precisely in countryside of Beraban, district of Kediri, sub-province of Tabanan. Tanah Lot tourist attraction visited by one million of domestic and foreign tourist every year, so that Tanah Lot becoming one of the tourism icon in Bali. All of that thing because of Tanah Lot have different characteristic with the other, that is, looks like a floating one if the tide is high but when tide is low, people can walk to the temple. Because of erosion many caves, which are inhabited by sea snakes, are formed. People cannot disturb these snakes because according to the belief, they belong to the God in the temple. Main thing is different like :
1. Tanah Lot temple nearly in the see when tide is high. For many things this location was something that is interesting. 2. A cave of holly snakes which is located in front of the temple. That people believe they are the guards of the temple 3. The view of the sunset combine with Tanah Lot temple, being one set that is very enjoyable to watch. 4. Living cultural present a requral ceremony every six month where there where another ceremony at the same week in Pakendungan temple. 5. Tanah Lot is rocky beaches in effort of making nice wave.
Because of the beauty, many tourists domestic or international come to this place. But if seen from management process, realized that the management of Tanah Lot need to increase creativity and performance to developing Tanah Lot Area.

More than a month!!! yeach.. exactly 38 days I did not post anything in this Blog. First, I have to say "thanks" to my friend TUBAGUS ANWAR who remember me with this blog. He ask me "where is the other old memories picture?". I'm sorry Bagus, Iwas busy with my other blogs "matematikomputer" and the "mathematicomputer". Check it out! But, now I'm Back Again!!! I want starting to keep this blog again. You know what, this is my first blog in my head.
Second, this day is my birthday. At this time I want to say "thanks" to my family, all of my friend who had say "Happy Birthday" to me in facebook or in my phone cell via sms. God Bless you All.

Lawang Sewu is a building in Semarang, Central Java, which is the office of Nederlandsch Indishe Spoorweg Naatschappij or NIS. Built in 1903 and completed in the year 1907. Located at the roundabout Tugu Muda Semarang who first called Wilhelmina Plein. The local community called Lawang Sewu (Thousand Doors). This is because the building has a door that many (in fact the door is not up to a thousand, perhaps also because the building is high and wide, people are also considered as a door). Ancient buildings and magnificent floor two after independence this is used as office Jawatan Kereta Api Indonesia (DKARI) or it is PT Kereta Api Indonesia. In addition, once used as an Office Board Komando Regional Military Facility (Kodam IV / Diponegoro) and the Office of the (office of) the Department of Transportation in Central Java. During the struggle of this building has a distinctive history record that is when the events took place five days Activists in Semarang (14 October - 19 October 1945) in the old building became the location of a great battle between youth AMKA or Youth Force against Kempetai Rail and Kidobutai, Japan. Therefore Semarang City Government with the Mayor of SK 650/50/1992, enter Lawang Sewu as one of 102 ancient or historic buildings in the city of Semarang that should protect. Currently, the building of 100 years was empty and poor as reputable building haunted and eerie. Occasionally used as a place of exhibition, and among Semarang Tourism Expo Expo.Pernah have also want to change the discourse to become hotel.Pada year 2007, the building is also used to film with the same title with the building.
